About Our Tree Farm

Properties surrounding the subject are of a rural nature, some of which have been established with Bluegum plantations, while others are utilized for the grazing of cattle and broadacre cropping. The locality in which the subject property is situated is within a well regarded farming area, having an annual rainfall of approximately 600 to 650 millimetres per annum. Many of the land holdings throughout this locality are large by Western Australian standards and were predominantly utilized for the grazing of cattle and broadacre cropping until approximately 2005/2006 when much of the land close to the coast was purchased by or leased by Bluegum tree farming companies.

The property has been established with Bluegum plantations and able to supply high quality hardwood woodchips.
